Adventures with hair dye.

So, Feria's Hot Toffee did absolutely nothing to my hair. However, I was feeling feisty and had enough Shopper's Optimum points to get a free box of dye, so I picked up a highlighting kit. Caramel blonde highlights, it said. Here's what I actually got:

RED. I have some funky colors happening up in here. I have a box of dark brown dye that I've had for a while. I figure I'll keep this craziness for a week or so and then dye over it.

Just putting in time.

I'm sitting here with my hair piled on top of my head, waiting to rinse the dye out. My hair is dyed dark brown at the moment, and I'm putting Feria's Hot Toffee over it, hoping to lighten it a few shades. We shall see.

I'm home alone for the weekend. Noah is visiting his dad, and Phil is gone home for the weekend, so I'm feeling a bit lonely, but it's nice in a way.

Productivity!

Today has been a productive day. I had a bunch of pseudo important things that needed to be done, that had just been put off entirely too long. Knocked them all off the list today, and am feeling pretty damn relieved.

Now, I shall spend my free time trying to finish up leveling herbalism. Tedious but well worth it in the end to be self-sufficient for mana pots and elixirs.

Blogging again?

Well, here I am. I decided to make this blog because, honestly, I miss blogging, and livejournal has lost it's lustre. I suppose I can do a bit of an intro about myself.

My name is Krissi, I'm 25. I'm from the East coast of Canada. Phip is my boyfriend, we've been dating for a year and live together with my son, Noah, who is two, and Phip's one-eyed cat named Issy. Phip is a computer technician, I work at a customer service desk in a supermarket, and Noah is an adorable ball of energy who likes to challenge his mama on a daily basis. Issy, well. She's orange and glares at me with her one eye while I'm peeing.

In my spare time, I like bumming around the interwebs. I'm on twitter and facebook as well. I also play World of Warcraft quite a bit. I love reading, and wish I did more of it. I'm not a partier, although I do like people for the most part and I enjoy having a drink once in a while. Although, I'm more likely to have a few coolers and harass the trade channel (in game) after Noah goes to bed than go out to a bar.
